PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Remodeling Consultations:

Walk through Inspection of your home for General Remodeling Advice. $250.

Renovations Analysis Reports:

Details on values for specific improvements, specific values for your city, your neighborhood, your home. This is particularly helpful if you have several remodeling projects but only want to do one or two at this time. $450.

Bid Management:

We will obtain your project specs and deliver to qualified contractors. We then manage the bidding process with the contractors and upon completion, present the homeowner with several bids from which to choose. At that time, as an objective party, we will meet and decipher the results with the homeowner.

2% of Project Cost (paid by contractor!)

POST-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Interior Design:

Computer Design Plans and Color Schemes and Shopping Services
$40. per hour

Re-Design:

Working with the items you currently have in your home, we re-design your living space for your needs and the enhancement of your lifestyle.
$40. per hour

Home Staging:
